steps included in the process

Ensure your business is eligible for an IEC. Any individual, company, or partnership engaged in importing or exporting goods/services can apply
Submit all the necessary documents, As mentioned above
Visiting the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) website and create an account. This will allow us to access your online application form.
Filling out the online IEC application form (ANF 2A) on the DGFT portal. Providing all the required details accurately and ensure there are no errors.
After submitting the application, pay the requisite fee. The fee can vary based on the type of entity applying. Payments can typically be made online through various modes.
Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive your Import Export Code. This code will be sent to your registered email and can also be downloaded from the DGFT portal.
